The Conditions of Business for Buyers outline the terms that both Sotheby's and the consignor have agreed upon to sell the lot to you, the buyer. By registering to bid at a Sotheby’s auction, you are indicating your acceptance of these terms. 

Please note: New terms for sellers will be reflected for consignments signed after April 15, 2024, and new buyer's premiums will go into effect globally on May 20, 2024.
