Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours by calling Client Experience at (212) 606-7430. Cancellations after 24 hours incur a deduction fee (15%) and can only be completed if the item has not shipped. 


For items that are eligible for return, buyers have two calendar days from the date of delivery (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays) to inspect the object and call our concierge team or email them at orders@sothebys.com to request a Return Authorization.
